Happy Friday you lovely lot!
As promised, here are some of the pictures I took on our trip to Brighton last week. Nothing fancy, but I wanted to be able to adjust some lighting etc, before posting to try and make the pictures as beautiful as the scenery in real life – don’t worry, Photoshop was most definitely NOT involved…just some simple filter adjustments!
I have finally been able to book some more time off of work at the end of January (woooo, but also boo at the fact that’s 4 months away 😭) so that’ll be nice. Whether we go away somewhere I have no idea as who knows what the weather will be like, but it’s nice that I have something to look forward to after a long Christmas period in retail! Although, who knows, I might not be at the same place of work by then…you just never know what is around the corner, especially with the amount of companies advertising jobs at the moment!
I hope you like the pictures I’m about to list below…a camera lens can sometimes never do the location justice, but I hope these give you a sense of how peaceful, and beautiful our stay was!
If you need any extra context to these photos, I’ve basically summed up our trip from start to finish on my last blog post if you want to check that out. I’ll add any more photos to these during the week as there are a couple more I want to add to the collection, but from the packing of my bags, to SEALIFE, to having many a slushy on the pier, I LOVED every second and can’t wait to return! You can also see a picture from the train of just how EMPTY Gatwick Airport car park was!
Have a wonderful weekend, whatever it is that you are up to, and I’ll see you all on Monday!
